1057px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>KI <\/b><b>(Knowledge Index)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como prueba de esa interrelaci\u00f3n entre el conocimiento y la informaci\u00f3n, los indicadores cuantitativos sobre la econom\u00eda del conocimiento como los del <\/span><b>Banco Mundial,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> integran no s\u00f3lo <\/span><b>\u00edndices relativos a la educaci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n sino otro referente a las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y la comunicaci\u00f3n <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(TICs).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Las TICs\u00a0 potencian los procesos de aprendizaje y facilitan el acceso al conocimiento.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las Sociedades del Conocimiento <\/span><b>es en el marco de la econom\u00eda del conocimiento en donde se realiza la inversi\u00f3n en los recursos humanos.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dicha econom\u00eda comprende la denominada \u2018econom\u00eda del saber\u2019 (Educaci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n en tanto que se vinculan con el crecimiento) as\u00ed como la infraestructura institucional que la conforma.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><b>El \u00edndice de conocimiento <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(<\/span><b>KI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s ) <\/span><b>es un indicador econ\u00f3mico que mide la capacidad de un pa\u00eds para generar, adoptar y difundir el conocimiento, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">econom\u00eda cognoscitiva, <\/span><b>\u00a0Este indicador se basa en 3 pilares de la econom\u00eda del conocimiento. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mide su tama\u00f1o en los distintos pa\u00edses, eval\u00faa la econom\u00eda del saber,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Educaci\u00f3n y recursos humanos<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sistema de innovaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infraestructura de Informaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>\u00cdndice de la econom\u00eda del conocimiento: <\/b><b>KEI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ( <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge Economic Index<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>\u00edndice de la econom\u00eda del conocimiento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> toma en consideraci\u00f3n la capacidad de un pa\u00eds para utilizar el conocimiento en bienestar del desarrollo econ\u00f3mico. Tambi\u00e9n es conocido como <\/span><b>KEI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (siglas en ingl\u00e9s de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge Economic Index<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) es un promedio normalizado de los cuatro pilares de la econom\u00eda del conocimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los pilares de la econom\u00eda
